New Features

Updated Items Selection Screen for Multi-Warehouse Inventory

Our team analyzes inefficiencies and eliminates them so you can get more time back to focus on other areas of your business.

We’ve made it easier to select items/styles for inventory transfer by adding the available fields from the Style Master list screen to the items selection screen.

Improved Price Matching Accuracy on Vendor PO Costing Field

We have extended the FOB Cost field for styles to allow for up to three (3) decimal places to match the Vendor PO costing field. This will allow for more accurate price matching on the vendor PO.

Vendor PO Updates

Under the Style Details tab, you’ll notice we did a makeover on our Vendor PO

  • Added a function so you can keep the Style and Color columns in view when you scroll to the far right.
  • New column to show how many units per line item have been received
  • New column to show how many units per line item are open for allocation
  • Updated options to add units based on a pre-configured pre-pack or # of packs for consistency with our order entry and other WIP screens.

3rd Party Integrations Updates

NuOrder- Updated AIMS360 Order Confirmation and Invoice

We always make sure you have the correct data in front of you, hence why we added the 3rd party order number to the AIMS360 Order Confirmation and Invoice when you import orders from NuOrder, so you can easily refer back to the original NuOrder order for your Buyers.

3PL Export to Warehouse- 940 XML Updates

On 940 export of order/pick tickets to 3PL, you’ll now be able to see the Country Code/ ISO along with the country description.

To make sure you’re producing GS1-128 labels that are compliant to our EDI trading partners, we’ve added the “BuyersPartNum” so you can set up the SKU number against a style under a specific customer account.

Bergen Logistics API and General 3PL update

We’ve recently revamped our Bergen API integration and our general 3PL integration so you’ll be able to import pick tickets with or without a BOL number sent from the 3PL.

945 XML Update- Process a File without an SSCC Number

To accommodate 3PL’s that plan to print GS1-128 labels from our software instead of their own WMS, we’ve made a few tweaks so our software can issue its own SSCC number for shipment if the 945 file doesn’t have one.

EDI – Electronic Transactions with Major Department Stores

If you’re working with EDI then you know retailers frequently ask for changes! To stay compliant with our list of EDI retailers, we’re constantly working hard to ensure our end is updated with their latest features. Here are some of the updates:

846 ASN – Added Ability to Select a Warehouse

When multi-warehouse is enabled, we now have the option to choose a specific warehouse to determine the availability of goods to be sent to your trading partners for their online stores.

As a bonus, we also enhanced the search and filtering capabilities!

*New* Amazon Dropship Packing Slip

Woot, woot! Leveling up – Now you can do more with Amazon dropship.

In Development

It’s been a while, but here are some updates.
