Heading into our last quarter of the year, we’re pushing through the last stretch to give our users major upgrades that’ll make managing their business processes easier and more efficient. Per usual, our amazing developing + programming team provided the following updates and may have squashed a bug or two in our system.

New Features + AIMS360 Software Enhancements

AIMS360 RemoteLink B2B Order Taking App is Now Compatible with iOS 12
Besides our ERP software, we’re also making sure its sibling, our RemoteLink app, is up to date. And with the newly released iOS 12, our team made sure it’s compatible with the new software (if you’ve recently updated your iPad). Our handy RemoteLink app enables you to find your customers, check inventory, take orders on the road, and check order status (super useful when you’re traveling to tradeshows!).
Updated Shipment Processing
Before in Shipment Processing, if there was a Non-Inventory Style or Service Fee it was required to be in the packing of the shipment. This didn’t work for many use cases, therefore we upgraded it so that now you will be able to exclude these from the packing of your shipments.
New Style Cost Sheet Layout
Some of our users produce items that are trim heavy and they usually vary in cost per size. So to help our users with these instances, we’ve added a new row to our Style Cost Sheets to include the average cost for all sizes!

Gross Margin Report Now Includes Customer Class
Based on our customers’ feedback to include more flexibility in our reports, we’re excited to share that we’ve added the ability to export customer class data for our Gross Margin Report. For the analyst(s) in your team, they’ll be able to track sales performance and buying patterns by different customer class. The customer class lets you classify customers into segments (example: boutique, department stores, etc).
For example, if you have an online store and a boutique, you can create a customer class for each item to see how well you’re doing in the different channels of our business when you produce your Gross Margin Report.
3rd Party Integrations Updates
Shopify: Multi-Location
Early July of this year, we’ve sent out an email notification that AIMS360 is ready for Shopify’s multi-location feature. As they’ve been rolling out this exciting feature to merchants, our Shopify users are ready to manage inventory, fulfillment, and restocks at multiple locations. Preparation is key~
3PL Warehouse Integration: Ramp Logistics
With a few tinkering, our Third-Party Logistics (3PL) integration with Ramp Logistics is performing better than ever, which also means its fully compatible with AIMS360 EDI transactions for all retailers, woot!
Improved Warehouse Communications
We’re on a roll here – users can now process 945 XML with their 3PL warehouse. This new feature enables folks who are doing EDI, the ability to import ASN detail from their warehouse to a trading partner.
In Development
Our team’s still working on our Inventory Forecasting Report, Multi-currency, and Intelligent Allocation, features. Nonetheless, here are some updates and stay tuned for more!
*UPDATES* Allocate Inventory Based on Pre-set Rules with the Intelligent Allocation Feature
ICYMI: This feature will help take all of the guesswork out of allocating goods to orders from WIP or Stock. We’ve been rolling out this feature to a few of our users and have some amazing progress we’d like to share with you!
- Support multiple EDI providers at the same time
- Added a new option for auto-allocation profile templates
- Moved our “Open to Be Shipped” report under new reports section
