Renewed and rejuvenated we’re making our own spring changes to our user interface design. We removed the AIMS360 logo button from the upper left side of the home screen. In replacement, the user name link is on the upper right side.

3rd Party Integrations Updates
Shopify – Don’t Overwrite Important Information by Selecting What You Want To Update
Based on user feedback, when updating products to Shopify we have added the ability to deselect certain fields from being updated. So when you’re updating an already exported Style you can choose whether or not to update your images, SKU, description, etc.

Shopify – Order Date Padding Upgrade
For those that have early access to our Intelligent Allocation (see section ‘In Development’ for more details), we made an optional setting for Shopify to pad the completion date of the orders. This is really useful in cases where the goods are coming in a few days or if you are doing pre-orders for items and they will be shipped later.
By default, when orders are imported into AIMS360 from Shopify they have a completion date of the same day, this can make it difficult to allocate WIP goods coming in soon if desired. By adding a date padding option, users can have Shopify orders completion date automatically extended out 5-7+ days etc. (as desired). This allows the easy allocation of goods arriving in the next few days to cover those Shopify orders.

Bergen Logistics-Freight Charges When Importing
It’s up and running! We noticed the Bergen Logistics 3PL Warehouse integration in certain cases wasn’t picking up freight charges when importing shipments. Bug squashed.
Bergen API – Add HTS Code, COO and Visa Description Upgrade
Constantly updating our fashion ERP integrations to make sure our end matches with our partners’ latest changes. Your style exports from AIMS360 to Bergen via API will now include the following data:
- HTS code
- Country of Origin
- Visa description
EDI – Electronic Transactions with Major Department Stores
First of all, if you’re working with EDI then you know apparel retailers frequently ask for changes! To stay compliant with our list of EDI retailers, we’re constantly working hard to ensure our end is updated with their latest features. Here are some of the updates:
New Order Type for 850 (Kohl’s EDI)
We know when you’re in a groove, it can be easy to overlook a few things. For Termination Request on 850 purchase orders, we’ve added a new order type – “TR” so that any PO’s with this type marked, it will not be processed into your AIMS360 database. Instead, an error will be thrown to notify you that the 850 is a termination request and that the user should cancel any related orders in their database. This is a type code used by the trading partner Kohl’s.
Hudson Bay Gs1-128 Label Update
We made sure the GS1-128 label is compliant to Hudson Bay’s latest requirements by adding a subdivision code.
3PL Warehouse 940 XML Update with Dept. Code and Description
Simplifying processes is our thing! The XML output of the 940 transaction now includes department number and department description regardless if the order was manually created or from an EDI 850 import.
GTIN Type for the EDI Trading Partner
The EDI tab of the customer master is updated to maintain the GTIN type for the EDI trading partner. Some EDI trading partners such as Lord & Taylor or PacSun have a limitation that allows them to only send and receive GTIN-14 codes for styles.
Most manufacturers in the USA assign a UPC-12 to their products. This feature will allow you to set the GTIN that the retailer requires without having to change the codes you have already designated to your products in AIMS360. Bet you thought EDI wouldn’t be easy, but it can!
