What kind of computer do I need to connect to use AIMS360?
AIMS360 is cloud-based so it can be accessed anywhere from a Windows 8+, Mac, or iPad. For the best comfort we suggest having a larger screen and a keyboard for ease of use. There is also our addon applications, WebLink, our B2B addon that runs on any web browser and our native iPad application called RemoteLink.
Do I need a server, backups, and extensive IT infrastructure?
Nope, AIMS 360 is cloud based with multiple redundant servers and automatic backups. There is extensive security with encryption technology from the beginning of when you connect until you sign off. You don’t have to know what any of that means, just know it always works and keeps you safe.
Do you have emergency 24x7 support?
Yes, AIMS 360 goal is to keep 100% uptime on our software. Therefore, we offer emergency support on a 24×7 basis.
Is AIMS360 cloud-based?
Yes, you don’t have to update anything as the system upgrades itself. All uptime monitoring is done on our servers automatically. No need to buy hardware or additional backup infrastructure. No need to waste money on IT costs.

Our customer success and training process will guide you through the entire setup process so you are up and running seamlessly.
Is training offered with my subscription?
All of our plans include in person training class in both Los Angeles and New York. If you like to get trained remotely, we have the same full training class in a video format. We also have an extensive knowledge base library of easy to follow instructions and videos on almost every area of the system.
Can you help me find additional staff that knows AIMS360?
AIMS360 is taught in many schools across the United States. We also have a job listing email which we can list your job on.
How long does it take to get up and running?
This depends on your current system transition process, business requirements, number of employees, and a few other factors. Please contact us for a complimentary assessment.
