Created out of deep love and appreciation of Bali, contemporary jewelry collection brand, Anna Beck, is dedicated to bringing custom accessories that are, “Always Handcrafted, Never Machine Made.” Anna Beck prides themselves on their creation techniques inspired by traditional Balinese jewelry-making. A skilled artisan produces each accessory by hand giving the jewelry a signature, and unique style.
Although the brand began to grow, receiving attention from celebrities and magazines such as Elle, Anna Beck faced challenges hindering further success. Inventory and order management issues and a lack of organization kept the brand from moving forward.
Challenges + Insight
As the brand’s popularity began to grow, the small yet dedicated team found themselves overworked and couldn’t keep up with the incoming orders. Using QuickBooks, they had to manually create purchase orders (POs) and enter other data in Excel.
“We were using five different ways to communicate about inventory,” says Beth Goolsby, Operations Director.
Therefore, the team lacked the necessary organization needed to progress in the industry. Moreover, the company had to:
- Track POs and shipping
- Manage inventory and orders
- Handle invoices and other sales channels
- Increase brand awareness
Completing these tasks manually, Anna Beck found themselves wasting valuable time thus preventing growth and overall brand awareness. In conclusion, the brand had to find a way to maximize productivity that their team could manage.

Looking Toward the Future
We work better together and there’s no stopping Anna Beck! Currently, the accessory brand is in the early stages of using our Product Lifecycle Management (PLM) integration/tool WFX. WFX is designed for pre-product planning. Once production items are finalized, all data will be transferred into their AIMS360 system.
