New Features and Enhancements
Save Zoom Viewer Settings
The Zoom slider in AIMS360 (lower right corner of the Home Screen) will now remember where it is set (per user). When a user sets the zoom for the AIMS360 program to anything besides 100%, the system will remember and use the same zoom for each session until changed by the user.
Shipping Log Report – Update
We made an update to the Shipping Log report. If exporting the report to excel the user will now receive a prompt to ask which version they would like:
- Version 1 shows a column name of “Merchandise” in column AO
- Version 2 show s a column name of “shipamt” (not a typo) in column AO
The data in this column is the same in both versions. The only difference is label change to the column name, to make it more clear about what data is being represented. It is the total merchandise dollar amount.
Time Phased Inventory – Excel Report
Our new Time Phased Inventory report in AIMS360 will allow users to see the changes in Inventory ‘Position’ based on Stock, WIP, and Customer orders for each date where the inventory physically changes. (This is a more detailed version of the Open to Sell by date which simply uses a date range and provides the OTS position at the end of the date range selected).

Web Browser Access – Print Changes
Folks who are using our Web Browser access, we are making changes to default the printing immediately to the redirected virutal printer via the Web Browser so that users don’t need to select that printer each time.

AIMS360 Aqua API
#ICYMI, we announced this summer our new API service called AIMS360 Aqua! Our API allows you to access your data for developing reports and other data related needs.
- AIMS360 Aqua allows you to extract data out of AIMS360 by calling our open API.
- Supports access to the data using Excel.
- Compatible with Zapier and Microsoft Flow so you can create custom data extracts and deliver them to people who need it.
- Works on top of the existing AIMS360 Views so you can easily customize fields, and filters you want to use to extract the data.
- AIMS360 Aqua was designed to allow for the extraction of large data sets. For example, you can extract orders all the way to the size level for the entire timeframe of your business. This can mean several hundred thousand records for some companies. Large data can be moved to your custom data warehouse or business intelligent analysis systems for additional reporting.

AIMS360 Apparel Software has over 50 integrations! Working together to provide you a seamless operation to do what you do.
Easypost for USPS
Our new integration with Easypost allows customers to get rate quotes and print USPS labels directly from AIMS360 using our internal API.

Endicia for USPS
For users of Endicia Software for shipping USPS, we have added the ability to integrate to Endicia with our Advanced Shipping Utility.

Multi-Warehouse Selection Added to Weblink and Remotelink
We have updated our Weblink and Remotelink products to allow multi-warehouse selection. Previously, the software considered inventory from all warehouses. Now users can select a specific warehouse or warehouses when sending inventory to either program.
EDI To Retailers & Department Stores
Evereve Updates 855 – Purchase Order Acknowledgement
To remain complaint with our EDI trading partner, Evereve, we added the ability to use an order level of AD (acknowledge with detail and no charge) and the ability to select different line level status codes.
Updates 753 – Routing Instructions
We added two new file type options:
- EDI 753 Carton Details only – This option will not send any information regarding total units, only total cartons. Should be used trading partner AAFES
- EDI 753 Pieces only – This option will not send any information regarding total cartons. It will only have total pieces.

In Development
Multi-Currency
We’ve been hard at work adding a new Multi-Currency option for AIMS360 users, and the time is almost here! This new option will allow users to book orders and receive payments, report on gains and losses in any currency needed. Stay tuned for more information!
