AIMS360 June/July Release Notes

Let’s end the remaining summer season with a bang! As a recap, we recently released our newest feature Intelligent Allocation. With this new feature, you can ship your orders out on time, all the time. Allocate shipping goods by date, order source, priority, and more! Watch our latest YouTube video for more details.

New Features and Enhancements

Introducing AIMS360 Aqua API

We’ve recently released our own API called AIMS360 Aqua! Our API allows you to access your data for developing reports and other data related needs.

1. AIMS360 Aqua allows you to extract data out of AIMS360 by calling our open API.
2. Supports access to the data using Excel.
3. Compatible with Zapier and Microsoft Flow so you can create custom data extracts and deliver them to people who need it.
4. Works on top of the existing AIMS360 Views so you can easily customize fields, and filters you want to use to extract the data.
5. AIMS360 Aqua was designed to allow for the extraction of large data sets. For example, you can extract orders all the way to the size level for the entire timeframe of your business. This can mean several hundred thousand records for some companies. Large data can be moved to your custom data warehouse or business intelligent analysis systems for additional reporting.

Dropbox Integration in AIMS360

Hooray! We’ve replaced our old Dropbox Integration into our software that allows you to save any information from your AIMS360 apparel system into your Dropbox. With this new feature, you can now save your important data from your AIMS360 system to a safe location allowing for more storage.

Upgrade for 940 XML 3PL Warehouse Integration

We’ve released additional functionality to integrate to 3rd Party Warehouses that allows you to export better customer information to the 940 XML!

Upgrade to 940 XML Warehouse Integration – Add Store & DC Address

We like to make things as easy as possible. In your AIMS360 apparel software, you can now export order and pick tickets in the following:

1. BillTo Section: Which contains the BillToCode and BillTo address details.
2. MarkFor Section: Which contains the MarkFor Code and MarkFor address details.
3. Adding a new node ShipToCode under ShipTo section (in addition to the existing Store and DCNo).

EDI To Retailers & Department Stores

Upgrade for EDI850 – Duplicate PO Warning

It’s better to be prepared than not. Therefore, AIMS360 made an update to the 850 import module to display a warning if the 850 being imported is a duplicate of an existing order.

Prior to this update, a warning would only display for on-hold or open orders.  With this new update, you now receive a warning for zapped, canceled, invoiced, open and on-hold customer orders.

Multi-Currency $$$

We’ve been hard at work adding a new Multi-Currency option for AIMS360 users, and the time is almost here! This new option will allow users to book orders and receive payments, report on gains and losses in any currency needed. Stay tuned for more information!
